SV: Open space with youth 9 - 16?

In addition to all of the above, I would also think pretty clearly about how
to include the young folks in the follow up and implementation of the
results of the conversations. As others have written I don't think of these
kinds of initiatives as "including youth" so much as I think about them as
"intergenerational." What are the design considerations for creating
dialogue and collaboration processes that allow generations to work
together, learn from one another and engage for sustainable activity?
Open Space of course is brilliant for the in-the-moment conversation and for
creating the conditions for what happens next. But do alos give a lot of
consideration to the planning and design that goes into the container that
holds the actions flowing from the OS. The more people can stay involved,
the more continued ownership all will have over their work.
And, to underscore others, at all points in the work, continue to find ways
that you yourself can fade away.
