As others have written I don't think of these kinds of initiatives as "including youth" so much as I think about them as "intergenerational." What are the design considerations for creating dialogue and collaboration processes that allow generations to work together, learn from one another and engage for sustainable activity?</div>
<div><br></div><div>Open Space of course is brilliant for the in-the-moment conversation and for creating the conditions for what happens next. But do alos give a lot of consideration to the planning and design that goes into the container that holds the actions flowing from the OS. The more people can stay involved, the more continued ownership all will have over their work. </div>

sometimes think of young people as a "constituancy" or group. Young
people I have worked with remind me to not think of young people as a single
group. We dont approach working with adults that way, ie "i will be
working with adults..how should I approach this." Having said that I a few

a video response to ....? the event, a question you have posed at the
station?....this can be a real buzz and something to feed live, or capture or
