opening space using two facilitators

Hello Wendy & Fredr'c!

Glory Ressler here... I have 'co-facilitated' open space meetings on
numerous occasions (50 people or more, usually) and our approach is
something like this:
1 of us walks and facilitates the opening and closing circles, and makes
general observations
1 of us (the other one!) assists with any pile up at the bulletin board,
tracks the return of discussion reports, makes general observations, and
records closing circle comments.

This has worked quite well but allow me to add the proviso that I have
been confident, in each case, that we are aligned as co-facilitators, we
have the same general approach towards and understanding of OST, and we
support each other in holding the space.

Hope this helps and wishing you both the very best!
glory
