Glory Ressler here... I have 'co-facilitated' open space meetings on numerous
occasions (50 people or more, usually) and our approach is something like
this:<br>
1 of us walks and facilitates the opening and closing circles, and makes
general observations<br>
1 of us (the other one!) assists with any pile up at the bulletin board,
tracks the return of discussion reports, makes general observations, and
records closing circle comments.<br>

This has worked quite well but allow me to add the proviso that I have been
confident, in each case, that we are aligned as co-facilitators, we have
the same general approach towards and understanding of OST, and we support
each other in holding the space.<br>

in "Homegrown Wisdom" here in Nova Scotia, Canada. We have organized small
meetings using an outside facilitator to open space. One of us has had the
experience of opening space for a small group. We are now about to open
space for a larger gathering. All of our other experiences have been with
one facilitator opening the space. We usually work as a team and we are
wondering if anyone of you has ever opened space using two facilitators.
