[OSList] [OpenSpaceTechnologyTaiwan] online open space-ish government?

Thanks, Rob  How true.  And not only in the government sector, but in every
part of society, from family to institutions,, communities, religious and
social groups, business....  It takes a strong and determined community to
make the kind of culture shift we're talking about.  And amazing changes
come about from the smallest spark and most surprising places!  What  keeps
us opening more and more space😏
