[OSList] Divergence and action planning at the same time?

Hey Thomas,

I wonder whether a framework might help, that recognises that some people
are in the more convergent action planning next steps phase and so could do
that... and at the same time some people may be in the exploration new
ideas creation phase and could continue their more exploratory divergent
conversations... and that the open space can be used for both...
