Hi Diane,

Thanks for your encouragement going into Quebec next week!

The reality is that you (and others here) have helped to sharpen and 
refine and improve the message I am now delivering. I think I am very 
fortunate in this regard. Thanks to all of you and especially Diane, for 
your help.

I wonder if we will begin to see the effective use of invitation, in 
Agile adoptions, in the next few years...hmm, let's see what develops.
