[OSList] Agile & letting go

As keynote speaker on Agile and Open Space next week at the Quebec City conference (your email and link below), Dan, your key message is likely to be around "invitation" as we have heard from you recently. 

The spirit of "invitation' is really based on the fundamental element of the OS approach, that of letting go. Letting go of control. You modelled detachment in many exchanges that you initiated or participated to recently on this List, despite the fact that some discussions may have challenged elements of the method you promoted for years, and published on. Kudos! 
To help people get it, good idea also to spread when you can, these 2 magic easy to remember words that somewhat sum up OST: letting go.
