[OSList] How do we manage time in an evening+morning shortish OS? (II part of:: How do we invite key and high conflicted people?)

Hi Koos,

first of all, thanks a lot for your answer, some more thoughts regarding it
now:

starting earlier on Friday would be right. In fact, all the gathering would
start ideally on Friday morning and have a longer scape, that was our
intention. But reality will be otherwise, as very few people would be able
to attend on Friday morning, and even at 15:00. Some of the well comited
ones, however, will be there after lunch, and as it'll be the first time of
almost everyone in Open Space, I'd like them in the opening circle.

We put 15:30 for reception and 16:00 for the opening on the agenda, but it
will be 16:15 probably when we open as shirtest as we know (and it usually
takes around 1:15 till people gather in the first round of circles).

On the other hand, 1h meetings in such complex issues tend to be too short,
and we sometimes just get more tension about time...

Besides, I think that the action planning and reporting does very well with
90'.

So, I'm almost decided to try the second schedule:

   - Friday 15:30 reception; 16: opening; 17:30 first convs; 19:00 2nd
   convs; 20:30 evening news
   - Saturday: 10:00 morning anouncements+new issues+action proposals; *10:30
3rd convs *(from first day+morning proposals)* 12:00 action
   meetings+short reporting *13:30 closing

I just am curious if someone on the list did try something this way. If
so,would you share some impressions on your esperiences?

Best wishes from an autumn fresh, grey, wet and windy afternoon in Mundaka,
