[OSList] Fwd: YAY! We can have EWEB, too, for March 31 Open Space

I worked with a new business organization that was a spin off from a very large
traditional organization in Niagara Falls some years ago. A week before the one
day OS to talk about how they wanted to be as a new organization, they remembered
that they had a manufacturing plant in Indiana and asked if there was any way to
involve them that didn't involve plane trips.

I called a colleague who lived within driving distance of the plant and we ran
two simultaneous OSs, one in each venue. We faxed the newsroom reports back and
forth and when we did some dot voting at the end, all the reports were available.

Two days later the top 50 senior team met and made plans using the data from the
Open Space. They loved it and they are still going fine!
