[OSList] OSt in 75 mins is it possible?

...the thing embedded in my last answer, mary... is that ost isn't
about brainstorming and just coming up with ideas.  it's about people
caring enough about those ideas to take responsibility... so the
longer time frame gives you a chance to keep this from being a
suggestion box exercise.
