[OSList] advice and courage

Dear Hege

Yes, they can. Everybody can. Children can! When my daughter Sarah
experienced her first Open Space (she was my assistant) as a 12 year old
girl, she very enthusiastically said in the end "Mama, if school was like
this, then I would LOVE to go to school!".

Trust, and be prepared to be surprised. It always works when you do your
pre-work carefully.

Good luck - and go for it! Catherine

people who worked so to speak on the productionfloor. They worked and talked
and in the morning the second day when the book on proceedings where in the
middle of the morning circle they said "have we done that?! It's not à
consultant, its us!" and that was soo great!
