[OSList] advice and courage

And coming from a manufacturing background with woods people, lumber folks,
paper mill workers and the like -- salt of the earth folks, I am imagining
that they will get it faster than most and enjoy every blasted minute! Had
an opportunity to collaborate in an Open Space with forestry folks early on
and they really got it.
