[OSList] Open Space flip charts, signage and proceedings

...when using new stuff, test it.
The Team for the 2000+ event tested various balloons... actually we had 
a ball doing this months before the event, got helium tanks, got various 
markers, and had some expert advice from the balloon place in Berlin.
It takes high quality balloons. The markers need to be water based 
(Neuland). It takes various sizes of balloons for different weights, it 
all just needs to be tested in advance.
It worked like a charm at the event, no hitches other than us 
underestimating the number of issues... having extra balloons, new 
spaces were created by just continuing on the numbering (we had 50 
spaces, 50 balloons, each with a number starting with 1, 2, 3 etc.) that 
is, 51, 52, etc.
We only used one color balloon and one color marker... all they are 
needed for is identifying a space, so no need for several colors or 
differenly colored markers, thats just confusing although it might look 
pretty... you need simple, plain guidance that does not get people on 
unproductive tracks.
