[OSList] Open Space flip charts, signage and proceedings

One time when we used balloons with a short "taster" of an OS-meeting with a lots of folks -  there was butterflies (!) tied as weight to hold them down :-)
This was nothing that I had "ordered" - it just happened....
:o)
