Dear Lisa,

In one case there was a need to integrate the open space discussions and
initiatives to the organization's work programs. So we had routing meeting.
the organizing team members were invited, the organization's leaders and
discussions initiators and everyone else was invited. At the routing session
each subject received recommendation to one of four tracks to continue:

1. The entrepreneur is asked to continue working to clarify his ideas and
then display them to the conference sponsor. - When the essence of the idea
or whether the entrepreneur is still interested, is not clear yet.

2. The entrepreneur will continue to work to on the initiative until it will
be ripe to present it to a specific person in the organization. He will get
all the required support until it come to decision making at the appropriate
forum - the initiative area is clear but still convincing enough for
decision making.

3. A role in the organization accepts responsibility to accompany the
entrepreneur further to the submission of planning decisions appropriate
forum. - When there is a feeling that this is a good idea but not yet due
for a decision.

4. Initiative becomes part of the organization's work program, a role in
getting a responsibility to carry out cooperation with the entrepreneur -
that when the contribution of the initiative to organize and it goals is
clear.

I hope it will serve you well

Best regards

Shay
