African OS Facilitators

I have a long time friend who is a key player in an important, high level,
"truth and justice" initiative in Kenya, Africa.  

We were discussing the linear organizational process currently outlined (the
map) and he is aware that the behaviour will be self-organizing.  

Does anyone know of African OS facilitators who can function at a very high
level of government and understand well OST and Wave Riding?  Another
possibility is in facilitating conversations among those communities where
there have been substantial rights violations, even slaughter.

I don't know where this might go, but having some resource names available
could be helpful.  I know of the use of OST in South Africa but not for sure
who is doing it now.  I know that Michael (Jr.) did a recent workshop in
Africa.  I know there has been some initiatives in nearby Uganda.  

Can anyone help me with specifics of names of folks who are really good and
experienced.
