 Both alternatives suggested by Gerard seem very reasonable and useful. And
the way to gather people is simple and elegant, indeed! I would suggest to
look purposefully  for diversity among the invited people.

 Harrison's point about caring, passion and responsibility is really sharp.
One must have clear the responsibility affair before opening space, so true!
