twittering?

Just a thought, Jeff -

I've been struggling to keep up with the social sites as well and have
found a useful tool I'm trying now, called Friendfeed. You sign up
there and list your other sm sites. When you post to Friendfeed, it
then sends the same item to the others - not all but certainly
Facebook and Twitter and quite a few others. If you bookmark through
an account of Delicious, it will pop up on Friendfeed - same for
Stumbleupon. So it can become an aggregator as well as disseminator of
posts. If you use Google Reader it will take your shared sites and
post those as well, and that saves a lot of time in circulating useful
stories and sites you want friends to know about.

I think you also, though, have to choose which one or two SM sites to
make focus on in order to get the most out of them. I'm going to
focus on Twitter for a while to see how I can make it work. I find
that joining groups on all these sites and actively participating in
the discussions is the best way to see these things come alive with
great exchanges of information and new relationships.

John
