A Small Open Space?

Hi Everyone,

I am starting with a new employer soon as an Executive Director for a small staff of 5 people. Most of the Open Space stuff on here is with big groups, do anyone have any ideas or suggestions if Open Space would be good for meetings of 5? Cheers.
