help - article wanted: myth of hero innovator

Hallo

 

I am trying to track down an article - that I thought I had - but can no
longer lay my hands on - and I figured that maybe, just maybe, someone on
this list might have a digital copy or a link to a digital copy. For me it
is a seminal article - often quoted - but now difficult to track down!

 

The article is:
