SV: SV: Principles and law in different languages

Dear Lisa, dear Artur

If there has not been a change meanwhile (I have not been on Lisas  
site for a while), Lisas Portuguese wording of the Principles and Law  
comes directly from you Artur. I just passed it on to Lisa from our  
last version of the Dictionary Pilot Project, if I am not mistaken.
