Creating the book in a second- a need for ideas

For a lightning fast "book", I have used a digital camera to photo all "posters" and each topic on the wall . . . and had "forms" for group participants to fill out for each session proceedings (available on clip-boards in each break out area).

Rather than typing the proceedings into a computer, we scanned them in and created the book of digital images in less than an hour . . . email the complete file to a printer and VOILA!

The only down-side to this is that there are those folks who write in very sloppy "short-hand" so some of the notes are difficult to decipher, but this did not turn out to be a huge issue as the participants in each group were listed for reference.

Dear Colleagues

We are having a one day OS in a beautiful open park, with 450 people of a cellular company in Israel. They want to create a leading company in which happy clients and workers want to be part of. 

The Sponser (the head of their largest division) is an OS facilitator as well, insists on one day OS and about having the book of of summaries done before we are moving to actions in the afternoon.

I am co facilitate this day with Shay Ben Yossef, that`s on top of being a great OS facilitator he is also an excellent organizer, so we are ready to be challenged

Any experiences about ways to do it are most welcome
