Without knowing the particular situation, here is what I would recommend:

 

 





B r e a t h e

 

 

Appreciate that you cannot know why someone thinks or acts in ways that
surprise you

(ways that feel comfortable -or- ways that feel uncomfortable).

 

 

Appreciate that there may be some challenges they are encountering in their
lives - professionally, personally, physically, who can say.

 

 

Know that they (and you) are doing the best they (and you) can.

 

 

Do kind things during the day - for yourself and for the others.
