Posting notes on a wall/hard copies of notes

I agree with others who have recommended asking the client, as they will know 
their special needs, and what is expected in that organization.   There is 
something quite amazing, however, in having a copy of the notes in hand by the 
end of the meeting, or on everyone's desk or e-mail the next morning.

I had one client who had a person assigned to the computers for notes--in 
addition to printing out a copy to post on the "News Wall," he printed out an 
additional large-print copy of each report, for a participant with limited 
vision.   This and other special needs can usually be met without much difficulty, 
if they are known ahead of time.
