Copy of Notes for everybody?

My current practice, similar to Thomas's, is to ask each group to take notes
but then summarize their group on a single piece of flip chart paper.  We
can post these as a gallery of proceedings and photograph them as well.
Then we action plan by having people review those posters and identify what
is important.

For the action planning process, same deal, except I have the action groups
report to the main body what they are planning to do so that they can issue
invitations to all in the room to join them.   I have been using a digital
audio recorded to record these reports and then creating an index.  Also, in
my wackier moments, I am enjoying sitting on the floor on the edge of the
circle creating a single mind map for all of the action that is unfolding.
Clients then use that mind map as a to do list, to check in on the progress
of the action plan.
