Tonnie,

I want to say thank you for taking the time to share some of your
resources.

And I think it is fair that you don't include AI. AI, I have heard, is
more of an attitude as opposed to a tool. Maybe what that suggests is
we are living in a post-tool era. Tools have become less solid, liquid
perhaps. And the essence of the harder tools (like OST?) is changing
too. Perhaps its shell is also melting, and we can confidently speak
of 15 minute OST meetings as cited by Mark Jones a while back.
