which to give up - morning or evening news?

Dear Ted,
I always have evening news after the breakoutsessions are over.
In the morning, its a different kind of event - morning announcements -
and it just happens as the group gathers...usually takes 7-12 minutes if
you stick to the announcement character...which is really different from
evening news that can take very long but no longer than the time alloted
for it (in case it is not over for some they can continue, of course).
In the events I facilitate evening news is usually half an hour but I
have heard that some take much longer....
cheers
mmp
