You are right, it is a challenge for me.
I do enjoy variety and new opportunities.

In fact, I have up to 10 minutes with each new group, so I need to  
say as little as possible and then get feedback from the group members.
That may be good experience for me - to describe OST and open a new  
space all within maybe 3 or 4 minutes, to a mixed group...
then get feedback recorded in the remaining 5 minutes before one  
group leaves and the next group meanders in.
