Definitely, it provides 'bounded instability'. What the good fathers may be
worried about isn't so much the boundedness, or lack thereof, but rather
their terror is instability, loss of the control illusion which keeps things
together. We have many myths in our culture against the kind of openness that OS
represents, among them Pandora's Box, source of all human troubles. For
those steeped in ritual, the OS container may simply be too loose.
