single day planning

Thanks, Kerry...really helpful.

This is where my thinking is now...stick to the Day 1 OS timeline--then
extend the day by half-an-hour to do prioritizing/voting/convergence
activity and sign-up opportunity, before the closing circle. The rarity of
these folks getting together needs to honoured. I don't want to rush or
limit the conversations/explorations or the opportunities for new
relationships and new collaborations to form. My gut says that needs most
of the day to happen, before they start shifting into action mode. The
priority here, seems to me, is to access the wisdom in the room. The action
planning can happen at a second meeting. Also, I realize as I type this,
that I am not attached to needing to control this. If the energy of the day
shifts to action planning earlier, I can just work with that and open more
space...

Cheers,
Wendy
