Craig--Questions

I agree that great questions are all in the context and the process. Good
example for me was a client group that arrived, with a lot of excitement, at
the theme, "Me, My Job and We" (with some related questions). Did not turn me
on, but it did turn on the organization. We had a high level of
participation, even in a very busy week when many of the programs they offered the public
were beginning. People came ready to talk about what had heart and meaning
for them, and a lot of good work was done.
My process as facilitator for this task is to listen for passion and energy,
not for something that meets my preconceived ideas about a "good question."
