Training Programs

Dear Lucas,
the most exciting and most successful training I have been involved
in took place about a year ago with 60 people over 5 days (thats my
"standard" design).
Key was as far as I can tell that I did not organizse the training
but people who wanted to get trained got together in a group of about
10 and did all the work, selforganizing. They succeeded in hiring me
and Jo Töpfer for zero fee, so it also became quite possible for
people with few ressources to attend.
A couple of participants of that training (in their early twenties)
who have gathered considerable os-experience are now organizing
another training (same design) in September plus a gathering for
people with ost facilitation experience for what they call "training
2", also a 5 day event.
If I were in your neighborhood, I would love to work with you on the
training your planning.
I dont know where you are located
check the world map for people near you

and, of course, include yourself, too.
Greetings from Berlin
mmp
