happy cycle ~ grief cycle upside down ?

At the moment I am experiencing wonder after wonder in my life,
beautiful coincidences and new connections and I feel shocked by this,
finding myself not breathing, like under shock, and I even experience
some kind of denial ~ "no, this can't be true, this is to god to be
true" ~ and I feel tempted to turn around and try to find the one who is
really meant, thinking something like "this cannot be meant to me" ~ as
people experiencing a loss may say, "why me?" and fight it.
I experience a mixture of joy and excitement and tension and stress.
Hmmm.  Without knowing your particular situation, what about this.?
 
What about.maybe what you are experiencing is the death of the old way
you thought about yourself - the old image you have been holding on to.
And you are being reborn into a new fresh Marei before you know it -
welcoming of these beautiful coincidences and noticing these new
connections.and your shock is simply the shock of your new fresh
awareness - and maybe a little bit of struggling whether you deserve
these amazing things or not (and of course you do), so maybe you are
discovering that *you* are the treasure, and that you deserve every
minute of it.
 
So maybe there is a little sense of loss because you are moving from the
familiar into the unknown, even though it is good, and you are
experiencing new feelings.
 
.and maybe you just have to b-r-e-a-t-h-e  a little more.??
 
We'll breathe with you.
