Two things, maybe off to the side of what you have raised:

1. When I express my anger, it has been my experience that it grows. If I
let it pass, it passes.

2. In a profession related somewhat to facilitation, there is a saying that
when you are in front of the people it is not the time to do your own
therapy. Process your issues before you go in front of them.

Maybe something here is helpful, maybe not. They are offered in the hopes
of being helpful.

Just to note that there seems to be some problems with uploading to the
files. I also could not open many of the resources that I was trying to

Hello everyone
I just wanted to share with you a link to the article that a colleague
(Denise O'Connor) and I had published "Creating a "Marketplace of Ideas"
with Open Space Technology" in the most recent issue of the Innovation
Journal - a public policy online journal. It addresses the use of OST for
civic engagment. It also addresses the added value of OpenSpace-Online. This
is a refereed scholarly journal directed at political scientists, so the
theory is very strong. I learned a lot writing this with Denise. While we
did not get Genuine Contact in the article itself, you can see that it made
it to my bio. You will be able to print this and use it as a handout for
potential clients.
