I¹ve only facilitated 2 OS¹s so far. In both of them, I tried having a
sign-in sheet in each small group. Something about making people sign up
at the beginning bugged meit seemed too controlling. But asking them to
sign up during the small group didn¹t work. People were engaged in their
conversations and didn¹t want to be bothered by admin stuff. Also, one
session was 3 hours and the other 1 day, so I think people didn¹t quite get
into the swing of things of taking responsibility.
One good thing about the stickersat least they¹re legible! And if you had
stickers with phone numbers or email and the sign-ups on 8.5x11 paper, you
could photocopy the sign-ups very easily for people to take with them.
