OST in Banking

Harrison and I have led OST events at the Bank of Montreal – I’ve
written and published an article about its use there.  BMO has an
internal consultant who has led most of their OST events – and there
have been many.  Most divisions have used OST.  I think they are now
using more Conversation Café. The Royal Bank of Canada also used OST
some time ago.  There is an article on my Web Site about it as well.  I
know there are a couple of folks in Europe who have planned or are using
OST events.
