OST in Banking

Hello all,

A friend of mine who has attended an OS session I held last year is keen
to use OS in-house. Her challenge is that her employer is one of
Australia's largest banks and the key decision makers are said to be
conservative. As such, they may not be readily open to consider OS.
Unfortunately, the section she works in is underperforming and she
believes that OS is the approach that will truly contribute to finding
the right solutions.

My friend has asked if there are any case studies where OS has been used
successfully within the banking industry. Whereas I have banking
clients I have no personal experience of OS in banking.

All thoughts and advice gratefully accepted.

Regards,

Mick
