OST in Banking

I believe that Open Space has also been used by VanCity Savings and
Credit Union, Canada's largest credit union.  I don't have specific
anecdotes but I was told a number of years ago by a senior HR Executive
that they had used Open Space for strategy sessions, with good reviews.

One to add to the list, but sorry I can't give you more details.
