The Wellness Revolution for Organizations

Dear OS-ers:

I think there must be something behind the writing of the word G-d, instead
of God and I don't know what it is. I suspect it's something respectful, but
everytime I see it, since I don't understand, I think it's odd. Could someone
help me understand why the "o" is eliminated?!

P.S. Beyond that, whatever happens in OS is larger than all of us. I don't
much care what we call it. I'm just overjoyed to be part of it. And also, in
my OS infancy, so pleased to find so many people out there "open" to trying
this approach to their issues for a facilitated session. This must mean
there's some sort of awakening to the fact that all people, regardless of
social, managerial, economic status, actually do have ideas and value!
