One of the things that I've often said to the group just before they vote is
that if they like to, if there are things that a few people feel passionate
about, that didn't get enough dots to be a first priority, they can decide to
do some of them anyway or sometimes the sponsors of the event will agree to
put those items on a "bring forward" to consider at a later date when the
highest priority items have been implemented or dealt with.
