Hi Elwin,
I missed a sentence in my response to you. After the grief sets in, I have
witnessed that people/organizations often retrench even more deeply into the
old. A common experience when that happens is of great disatisfaction
followed by people quitting their jobs. Worse still is when they have that
disatisfaction between what they saw in the OST meeting as possible, and
what the reality is after the meeting, when they decide they "have to stay"
because of finances.  I have often witnessed something that is not
transformative at all in the aftermath. I know that some will say that it is
transformative for those who quit, and I won't disagree.

I've had the same experience although in my case it is
not "quite often" but always.... what you have
described is to my simplistic way of viewing life,
transformation.

I'll continue to make that promise.
