Denis -- Just to make you feel a little better, I do not think you will
have a lot more issues raised than on your previous outing. Some, yes --
but there is a finite limit on the number of things that concern people. I
would bet something in the nature of 120 issues. I don't think your problem
is going to be with the number of issues -- but rather the number of
bodies, and 1000 people is a lot of bodies. And having a wall of sufficient
length will be most important. So how about something mobile -- like
busses? Presumably folks will have to get there on something. And if they
came on busses, and the busses parked in a line, you have a wall. Or some
friendly truckers. Big lorries have lots of side space. Reminds me of an
Open Space for Rockport shoes. We did it in their Distribution Center, and
yes there were walls, but all were obstructed (machines and such). However,
they did have a conveyor belt that ran along the side, which brought shoes
from the back to the shipping floor. I just had the folks stack lots of
shoe boxes on the belt, and when we needed more wall, we just added more
shoes, and pushed the button. Instant Wall.
