Fun in Open Space

Harrison--

I was very reassured when one of the managers who participated in last week's
OS shared his personal high point from the meeting.  The breakout group was
discussing security issues for the Girl Scout store which will be part of their
new Girl Scout Center, now under construction.

What he remembers was "Ma'am--Put down the Brownie Badge Book and back away
slowly!"  And what he noticed was that fun was what broke through the issues
they all came in with, and led to new, shared, creative work on solutions.

I always listen for the laughter to track how the day is going!
