Action planning design

All three options can work from my experience and what I have heard from
others.  You do have an opportunity here.  Whether with the whole group
or in the top priority areas, you can open the space again with a theme
focused on implementing the priority issue(s).  You can get a group of
action plans and actors and let people volunteer to come.

Or, getting those who put up the topics to meet has worked in other
settings.  Depends on you and the client.
