Dear Meg, Jeff, Joan and list members,

thanks so much for your responses.  They have helped to fine tune my
thinking and my words in opening the space - or rather the emphasis on
taking courage to follow one's passion.  Joan, you described a group that
usually works to time and structure which is also a feature of this group
next week, so your comments are helpful.  And I agree with Elwin, your
comments are succinct and very helpful, Jeff.  As I appreciate OS as a
wonderful methodology, the methodological comments are hugely helpful.
