Hi Tova. This sounds very exciting! I hope the butterflies in the stomach
will soon become butterflies and bumblebees in open space. I began doing
public OST meetings last year, and I have found that people love it.

I guess that the simple phrases "anyone who cares" and "whoever comes are
the right people" will ultimately be the best guide for you. I know that
some processes ask for 8 people from each of 8 stakeholder groups, but OST
does not require such counting. I think the views of the stakeholders will
be expressed, and the interactions will be in the proceedings.

My only thought about limiting the number of people is whether the room
will safely and comfortably hold a certain number. Making concentric
circles of chairs is no problem. To help with logistics you might ask that
people make an RSVP beforehand, so you can figure out the number of chairs,
supplies, and breakout rooms.

Good luck!

Jeff
