Who's responsible for school children?

Dear Viv,

Apart from maybe some chaperone, due to their age, and who is responsible for
them ( so you are not responsible if they "nick off"), the responsibility in
the environs of the event venue is theirs. Our experience has been only good
so far. I should get who's responsible for what clarified tho'
