Evening OS

Hi folks,

An idea has come into my mind (:-)) and I would like to know your opinion.

There will be held a quite structured programme for 46 people of one of the
two big political parties.

The objective is to give over some KNOWLEDGE about the European Union and
use this topic as a political communication practice field.

My expected role is to handle the group dynamics and create situations where
they can practice their communication skills.

Up till this point I don't think the OS could be much help.

BUT: There are the evenings, where we have to create some combination of
learning, having formal and informal discussion and make fun. And here I
think, the OST could be a method.

The idea is brand new. It has just come up for me and all I think about it
is, to make some invitation by the end of the formal programme on each day
(?) with some topic that might interest them, OR to have them come up with a
topic that can be the one for the evening we face at. (There will be 3 or 4
evenings)

The other reason to use the OS, because I can hardly imagine, that they
would be happy to attend formal meetings on the end of a tiring day. And
everybody can have the choice to attend or not.

I think only of using the principles and create one time slot and a closing
circle in max. 2 hours.

I would appreciate any contribution.

Gyuri
