Unusual design for OST event

I have an OST event coming up and I ask for your reflections. The design is
a bit unusual.

Participants will gather from three different cities in the US with the
purpose of exchanging best practices and making alliances among these 60
leaders of nonprofits and businesses. The event begins with an evening of
introductions.

Most of the next day is devoted to presentations and facilitated
conversations with the whole group (I am not involved.) Toward the end of
the first day I will begin using OST for the participants to exchange among
themselves. We have two hours for the opening and marketplace and the first
breakout session.

OST will continue on the following morning with two 1-hour sessions, and
participants will then take 90 minutes to read the proceedings (captured on
posterboards) and make a commitment to a specific follow-up action. We
finish by acknowledging the commitments and go to lunch.

I generally prefer that an OST event have a more relaxed pace, but I'm
working with what I've been given with regard to timing and outcomes. If
you have any responses, especially "red flags" of warning, please let me
know!

Jeff
